Il Bar Ucci is situated in the main square di Volpaia, right behind the fountain, which old farmers called “l’abbeveratoio”. It was there where the cows, goats and sheeps have drunk during the hot summer days. Bar Ucci used to be a stable, and on the entrance where you could still see an arch, passed the horses all these years ago. It is now a bar wine, where you could try the selection of some great wines from the local area of Radda in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti and so on. .

The great passion for the cooking culture of the Chianti, induced Carla to engage in researches on cooking methods used centuries ago, that she sets again with authentic feeling in her kitchen classes.
