A fairly balanced season and an early autumn sun warmed bode well for 2009's Black Rooster meanwhile celebrated the successes of 2005 and 2006 obtained from some of the most important international critics.

A balance also confirmed in September that he saw, after the expected arrival of the rain decided the return of the sun through which the grapes could be completed in most of the Chianti vineyards, optimal ripeness. The favorable seasonal pattern has thus provided the best conditions to bring mature fruits in the cellar, the right acidity and a good aromatic complexity. From the quantitative point of view is expected that production should not deviate much from that of last year (268,000 hl). Pallanti: "The grapes have arrived in store at its best.
